New Center for the Arts Building to Open in Spring

The new Center for the Arts building (CAA, three-storied building at northeast corner of Rancho Cucamonga campus, depicted in banner at top of blog) will be open for some courses at the beginning of the Spring 2010 semester. These room changes will only impact courses scheduled on the Rancho Cucamonga campus.

The Art History (Art 1, 3, 5, 6, 9), Photo 1 and Fine Arts 50 courses will be taught in the new Art History lecture room, CAA 211.

Winter Student Recital

Chaffey College music students perform in an informal setting to audiences of their peers, hosted by Professor Tom DeDobay.

Festival of Christmas Music
December 11th at 7:30 pm, Theatre
Featuring the Chaffey College Community Concert Band & the Chaffey College Jazz Ensemble, lead by Professor Patrick Aranda.
General Admission Tickets $12

Haydn for the Holidays
December 12th at 8:00pm, Theatre
Featuring the Chaffey College Choir, and Various Soloists, lead by Professor Gustavo Gil.
General Admission Tickets $12

Tickets will go on sale December 8th at the Chaffey College Box Office, (909) 652- 6067.
Box Office hours are Tuesday and Thursday from 9:30am - 2:00pm and one hour prior to each performance.

ARTicles - Center for the Arts Student Publication

ARTicles is a student-driven publication of the Chaffey College Center for the Arts. It is being produced by a consortium of students with a passion for the arts, entertainment and culture. The content reflects a diverse sample of the cultural life at the college. The first issue will be available next week.
